Latest pizza


Probably my last pizza/sourdough bake of 2019. I ate if for breakfast. ๐Ÿ™‚ Toppings used: tomato sauce, leek, corn.

I realized how less stressful is it to bake a pizza than bread because the latter is so much more delicate about everything – flour, temperature, oven, steam. Or maybe I just need to watch less pictures and videos of sourdough bread of other people on the Internet – especially those “My first sourdough bread!!!” showing ideal sourdough bread…
